This entry consists of two stories by WDWS news reporter Michael Kiser on an Illinois State Police trooper who saved the life of a University of Illinois student who was hit by a car on a snowy Interstate 57. The first story runs from :00 to 1:27 and tells the story from the perspective of the student who was saved.  The story aired on March 26th.  The story's anchor lead reads as follows:  A University of Illinois student says he is forever indebted to three people who rescued him from being pinned underneath a car following an accident, which occurred because of hazardous travel conditions from a winter storm. Michael Kiser reports.  The story's anchor tag read as follows:  Asofsky says he was treated and released from Carle Foundation Hospital this afternoon.  The second story runs from 1:27 to 3:08 and tells the story from the perspective of the trooper who participated in the rescue.  The story aired on March 27th.  The story's anchor lead read as follows:  We've already brought you the story from the viewpoint of a University of Illinois student who was pinned underneath a car Monday afternoon after an accident north of Rantoul in the snow storm.  Michael Kiser spoke with the Illinois State Trooper who helped save his life and brings you the story through his eyes.
