As a valued News-Gazette subscriber you can expect your newspaper to be in good condition — dry, free of wrinkles, smears and tears. In all counties (except Vermilion County), your newspaper should be delivered by 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 8:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. If these expectations are not met, we want to know. Please call 351-5266 or 800-252-3347 by 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Vermilion County customers can expect their morn- ing edition newspaper delivered, in good condition, by 7 a.m. 7 days a week. If this is not the case, please call 443-8482 or 800-252-3347 by 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. To subscribe orto place a hold on newspapers In Champaign-Urbana, call 351-5266; in Vermilion County call 800-660-7323; or in other areas call 800-252-3347. Stops, starts and restarts all require a 24-hour notice. Holidays may require earlier notification. Vacation newspapers can be donated to our Newspapers in Education pro- gram.
